Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 April 2026

The short version

We collect as little data as possible — and for most of our apps, that means none at all. No analytics, no trackers, no ads. For apps that live entirely on your device, everything stays there. For apps that relay data through our servers, we process only what's needed and don't keep it. This policy exists because transparency matters to us.

Who we are

Stackberry Limited builds privacy-first apps including Bill Minder, Still & Know, and more. We are based in the United Kingdom.

Data we collect

On-device apps (Bill Minder, Still & Know): None. These apps do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All information you enter — bills, notes, reflections — lives solely on your device and any devices you choose to sync to via Apple's own iCloud infrastructure, which we have no access to.

Server-relayed apps: Some of our apps require a server to function — for example, to receive a webhook and deliver a push notification to your device. In these cases, we process only the data needed to perform that action. We do not store message content beyond the time required to deliver it, and we do not analyse, sell, or share it. Your account is identified by a minimal token — we do not require your name, email, or any personal details to use the service.

Analytics and tracking

We do not use any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that monitor your behaviour. There is no telemetry, no usage logging, and no crash reporting that phones home. This applies to all of our apps, including those that use our servers.

Third-party services

We do not include advertising networks, social media SDKs, or external analytics tools in any of our apps. Some apps use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications to your device — this is handled by Apple's infrastructure under their own privacy policy.

iCloud

Some of our apps may use Apple's iCloud to sync your data across your own devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure under their own privacy policy. We cannot see, access, or retrieve any data stored in your iCloud account.

App Store

When you purchase or download our apps through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect information as described in their privacy policy. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Apple about our customers.

Children's privacy

Our on-device apps collect no data whatsoever and are safe for users of all ages. For server-relayed apps, we process only the minimum data required to deliver the service and do not store personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For our on-device apps, we hold no personal data about you. For server-relayed apps, we retain only the minimal data needed to operate the service. If you'd like to exercise any of your rights, contact us and we'll respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our approach to privacy, we will update this page and note the date of the change above. Our commitment to collecting as little data as possible — and none at all where we can — is a core value, not a feature we'd remove.
